- Customers are responsible for providing accurate scheduling information and access to the property.
- If access is not available at the scheduled time, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.
- Changes or cancellations should be made in advance whenever possible.
3. Payments
- Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Payment is due as agreed upon for completed services.
- Pricing may vary based on home size, condition, and requested services.
4. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and may be affected by factors outside our control. Brightstone Cleaning Services LLC is not responsible for any delays or failures in the receipt of SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's terms and conditions.
